What K-duck is

K-duck shows how popular Korean products are in different countries, based mainly on Google search interest, together with reviews written by users. Rankings and reviews are for general information only. They are not medical, dermatological or professional advice. Always check the ingredient list and do a patch test before trying a new product.

Your account

You can sign in with a Google account to write reviews. You must be at least 16 years old. Please use one account per person and keep it secure; you are responsible for what is posted from your account.

You can ask us to delete your account and reviews at any time by contacting us.

Community rules for reviews

Write about your own experience with the product. Be honest and respectful.

Do not post: advertising, spam or links; reviews you were paid for or given a free product for without saying so; reviews of your own or a competitor's products; copied text from other websites; personal information about anyone (including yourself); hate, harassment, threats or sexual content; or anything illegal.

Do not try to manipulate ratings, for example with multiple accounts or coordinated reviews.

How reviews are moderated

To keep the site useful, we use automated checks and human review. The first reviews from new accounts are checked before they appear. New accounts cannot post links and can post a limited number of reviews per day; these limits are lifted automatically after a few reviews are approved.

We may refuse, remove or hide reviews that break these rules or the law, limit the visibility of accounts that post spam, and suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously break the rules. Unless it would be inappropriate (for example for spam), we will tell you which rule was involved, and you can ask us to reconsider by email.

Reviews do not decide rankings on their own. Rankings are based mainly on search interest, and any weight given to reviews only counts reviews from established accounts.

Reporting content

If you see a review that breaks these rules or that you believe is illegal, use the “Report” button on the review or email us at [email protected]. For illegal content, please explain why you think it is illegal and include the page address. We review reports promptly and may hide reported content while we check it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews you write. By posting, you give K-duck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and share them on K-duck and in materials that promote K-duck (for example, a monthly ranking card) for as long as they are on the site.

Ads and affiliate links

K-duck is funded by ads and affiliate links. When you buy through a “where to buy” link we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This never affects rankings or reviews.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate, but the site is provided “as is” and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, K-duck is not liable for decisions you make based on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
